Orders
Your orders placed via this website are subject to acceptance by us.
We will email/telephone you to acknowledge your order. This is not an acceptance of your order.
Your order represents an offer to purchase. Acceptance of your order will take place when we dispatch the goods to you.
We reserve the right to reject your offer of purchase for any reason.
Prices & Payment
Upon receipt of your payment we will place with our Bank and await clearance of payment. If we are unable to process the payment we will keep you advised.
We will do our best to ensure the prices shown on our website are correct, however should we make an error we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you the opportunity of reconfirming your order at the correct price.
Prices exclude VAT and Delivery.
Delivery
We can deliver throughout the UK. Charges are per unit and are notified on the Order Form.
Warranty
We offer a full 12 month Warranty with our Sky Panels/ Sky Tiles. This is an additional benefit and does not affect your statutory rights.
14 Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
We are sure you will be satisfied with your Sky Panels/Sky Tiles. However, we will do our best to put right any issues you may have but if for any reason they do not meet your expectations, return them to us for a full refund less Delivery costs.

Colours depicted on our site are representative only. Colours will vary slightly due to print, monitor settings etc. and are therefore reproduced as a guide only.
Images are as shown unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify images and colours at anytime.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions of sale will be subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any any dispute arising from this contract.
